AFL All-Australian and former Eagles Captain, Darren Glass, takes on a Complete-ly new role at Complete Home Filtration
West Coast Eagles great Darren Glass has been appointed General Manager of a new club, this time kicking goals and charging for the championship in the field of Whole-Home Water Filtration. Complete Home Filtration has been on a mission to provide better water for all Australians since 2018, and with a new captain, it is ready to take on the world.
Multi-award-winning Darren Glass will be joining an award-winning team at Complete Home Filtration, which recently took out WA Business News’ inaugural RISE ‘Start-Up of the Year’ and was shortlisted in the top 3 businesses in the state across all categories after less than 3 full years trading. Complete Home Filtration and its founder, Suzanne Dodds, have been recognised internationally for their expertise and ground-breaking work in water filtration. In addition to offering their highly popular Complete Home system, CHF has been awarded federal government funding to commercialise a proprietary PFAS-removing filtration system that will be launched in the Australian and US markets.

Glass will assume the role of General Manager on February 15th, 2021, and will immediately begin leading and building the team to continue Complete Home Filtrations’ mission of helping Australians access great-tasting, filtered water from every tap in their homes.

Mr Darren Glass, General Manager at Complete Home Filtration, has a Master of Business Administration from UWA and spent 2 years at The Boston Consulting Group. Darren has led the Australian-wide business since 2021, which has seen exponential growth and oversees a team of +100 nationally. His firsthand knowledge of leading team culture allows him to recognise the significance of individual roles and the synergy required for success. Having experienced the intense pressure of competition, Darren understands the importance of teamwork, communication, and cohesion within a group.
As a former professional athlete, Darren brings invaluable insights into various aspects of business development, operational team dynamics, and fostering a winning attitude. As the West Coast Eagles captain (2008–2014), a Premiership player in 2006, and a three-time club champion, whose 270 appearances rank him as a fan and club favourite.
