That's why we don't sell generic third-party cartridges. We design the media, dimensions, and sealing tolerances around our own systems, so every litre that enters your home is treated exactly as the system was engineered to treat it.

Off-the-shelf cartridges often fall short when filtering an entire home. Whole home treatment has to balance high flow rates with enough contact time, so chemicals are reduced while showers, kitchens and bathrooms still get strong pressure.
Our proprietary cartridges combine targeted sediment layers, specialised activated carbon and ion-exchange resin. Together they address chlorine, chloramines, heavy metals and hardness, with the media configuration, dimensions and flow characteristics matched to our systems.
Genuine CHF cartridges keep your system performing to the specifications it was designed for and support your warranty requirements. That’s why every CHF system is designed to work with its own cartridges.
Generic filter cartridges can vary dramatically in their media type, density, volume and construction. Even when a third-party cartridge appears to fit, its internal characteristics may be different.
If water passes through the media too quickly, it may not have enough contact time for the filter to perform as intended. If the cartridge doesn’t seal correctly, water can also bypass the filtration media altogether.
